Athens bar The Clumsies will be popping up at 100 Wardour St in Soho from Monday 3 – Friday 7 June.
Created by bartenders Vassilis Kyritsis and Nikos Bakoulis in 2012, The Clumsies marries spirits with Grecian ingredients such as beurre noisette, baklava, spinach and green olive.
The residency will offer a selection of cocktails that will include Shades of Grey, made with white rum, almond, tepache syrup, coal and mint; Eau De Vie Fashioned, combining cognac with spiced rum, fermented banana and sour red grape; and Popeye & Olive, featuring gin, mint, green apple, green olive and bamboo.
“We are thrilled that Vassilis and the team at The Clumsies will be joining us in June to offer our guests the chance to sample their incredible menu,” says Leslie Kwarteng, senior general manager at 100 Wardour St. “We can’t wait for them to bring their Grecian spirit over to London, and we’re sure they’ll wow guests with their unique menu.”
These cocktails will be available alongside the recently launched Creative Disorder menu in the 100 Wardour St Bar & Lounge, which you can read more about in the May issue of Casual Dining Magazine.
