D&D London has announced that 14 Hills will open on the 14th floor of 120 Fenchurch Street in November.
The restaurant will serve an all-day menu created by executive chef Thomas Piat, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
Piat is former executive chef of Bar Boulud at the Mandarin Oriental and, most recently, at JOÍA par Hélène Darroze in Paris. His menu will be modern British with French flair.
14 Hills will occupy 9,200 sq ft below the public roof garden that will top the new office building.
The restaurant will offer views of the London skyline and feature trees, shrubs and pergolas in its design to complement the garden above. The dining room will have a canopy of evergreen plants and seasonal climbers growing at its centre.
A bar will focus on cocktails, paired with bar snacks.
